  12. I just tried to compile a 3.1 dll on 4.5, using 4.5 libraries.  The DLL in 
  13. 3.1 executes OK.  I get  fatal ERROR POINTING TO WINDOWS.H entry
  14. #ifndef (__FLAT__) ..

  16. I can't find any docs on FLAT.  Does anyone have an answer??
